Wise Buys Inc. will make every effort to ship credit approved orders that are received by us Monday through Friday before 12pm noon EST. If it does not go out the same day it will go out the next business day.

We will consolidate your merchandise into as few cartons as possible to save you money on freight. Any savings on freight will be credited to your account to be deducted from your next purchase.

If you are not available when UPS or FedEx makes the required three delivery attempts or you do not pick up a "will call" shipment within seven days, UPS or FedEx will return the shipment to us. In this case, we would require full payment in advance before reshipping the product to you plus any refusal fees that we might have incurred.

Customers who wish to have shipping charges billed directly to them (not included on the invoice) must provide their UPS or FedEx account number at the time the order is placed in the order comments box in step 4.

Net 30 Day terms are accepted for our customers who are APPROVED clients of CIT Factors. If you know your CIT account number please include that in the order comments box in step 4 when checking out. If you do not know your number, we will contact CIT to obtain that information.
